Cameron Fraser-Monroe

Cameron Fraser-Monroe is a member of the Tla’amin First Nation in Powell River, BC. At three years old he started Ukrainian dancing in Vernon, BC leading him into a wide variety of music, theatre, and dance. He later joined the School of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Upon graduation, Cameron’s dancing career took him to prestigious Jacob’s Pillow Festival with Red Sky Performance, and to the International Cervantino Festival. He’s also an emerging choreographer and has been fortunate to worked directly with choreographers Mark Godden, Septime Webre, Mauricio Wainrot and Jera Wolfe to name a few. Cameron has had the opportunity to perform RWB repertory.
