Standing Together

Epjila’si | Pjila’si | Welcome!

We believe the arts are a means to engage communities in public dialogue and represents a powerful platform for community engagement and action. That’s why every few years, the Atlantic Ballet hosts a forum on subjects that matter to our community.

This year, on March 25th our Standing Together Symposium will focus on building awareness of the impact of violence on Indigenous peoples.

We look forward to hosting this important forum in Moncton, led by board member Natasha Martin-Mitchell and Nipahtuwet Naka Wespahtuwet Possesom, Director of Indigenous programming. Post-secondary students are attending from UNB Fredericton, Université de Moncton, Mount Allison University, NBCC Moncton, CCNB – Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, Oulton College & McKenzie College.
